Der Käfig.

Als Inbegriff einer künstlichen Konstruktion wird ein 1,5 m hoher Käfigkubus in freier Natur sich selbst überlassen. Was dem gemachten Gebilde widerfährt wird ein Jahr lang von der Künstlerin dokumentiert. In einer zweiten Phase wird der Kubus in einem Ausstellungsraum zusammen mit der Dokumentation ausgestellt.

Dadurch werden die Fragen von Natur und Kunst, Ausstellens und mögliche prozessuelle Existenz eines Objektes im Raum und Zeit thematisiert.

Der Kasten fungiert als Reibungsfläche zwischen Kunst und Natur, zwischen organischem und kristallinem Prinzip, an der Haltungen und Kräfte spürbar werden.

The Cage

As the epitome of an artificial construction, a 1.5m high cube-shaped cage will be left to the elements in the natural environment. Over a period of one year, the artist will document everything that befalls this structure.
In the second phase, the cube will be exhibited along with this documentation.

In this project, nature and art, the exhibition of an object and its ever changing existence in space and time will be the central theme.

The cage will serve as a friction point between art and nature, between organic and crystalline principles, on which attitudes and strengths will become tangible.

La Cage.

Comme l'incarnation d'une construction artificielle, un cube de 1,5 m de hauteur est abandonné en pleine nature. Pendant un an, l'artiste documente ce qu'il advient de l'objet. En un deuxième temps, le cube est exposé dans une salle avec sa documentation.

On s'interroge ainsi sur les rapports entre la nature et de l'art, sur le fait d'exposer, et sur la possible existence d'un objet dans l'espace et le temps.

Le cube sert d'aire de frottement entre l'art et la nature, entre le principe organique et cristallin où des forces se font sentir.
